Each year, the conference takes place in a different European country.<\/p><p>It brings together professionals with a passion for pulmonology and science from different countries and working groups (Germany, Poland, Slovakia, Italy, Ukraine, and others).<\/p><p>As long-standing scientific directors of the AIP:<\/p><ul style=\"margin-bottom: 0px;\"><li><b>Prof. Dr. med. Mieczys\u0142aw Pokorski<\/b><br \/>Institute of Health Sciences, Opole University (Poland)<\/li><li><b>Prof. Dr. med.
