20th Anniversary International Conference on "Advances in Pneuomology"
The 20th International Congress of Advances in Pneumology will take place in Lovere, at the St. George Campus, a venue of recognized educational and scientific value, overlooking the scenic Lake Iseo.
The choice of Lovere and its lakeside setting is symbolic: the natural environment reflects the concept of balance between breathing, posture, nervous system regulation, and biological systems, in full coherence with the integrated vision of respiratory medicine promoted by Advances in Pneumology. The microclimatic and perceptual characteristics of the area support general well-being and autonomic regulation, factors closely linked to respiratory quality.

What to expect from this Conference?
The AIP Conference – Advances in Pneumology – was established 20 years ago to exchange scientific findings on pulmonology among experts at a European level in a friendly, family-like atmosphere. Each year, the conference takes place in a different European country.
It brings together professionals with a passion for pulmonology and science from different countries and working groups (Germany, Poland, Slovakia, Italy, Ukraine, and others).
As long-standing scientific directors of the AIP:
- Prof. Dr. med. Mieczysław Pokorski
Institute of Health Sciences, Opole University (Poland) - Prof. Dr. med. Kurt Rasche
Director of the Clinic for Pulmonology, Allergology, Sleep and Respiratory Medicine at HELIOS University Hospital in Wuppertal (Germany) and Chairman of Pulmonology at the University of Witten-Herdecke
they have given this unique conference its heart and soul.
The conference thrives on young participants (doctoral students, assistant doctors, students) who present their studies on an international stage and have the opportunity to publish in an international journal.
It also thrives on scientists who share, exchange, and discuss their research in pulmonology in both formal lectures and informal settings such as the “get together” and networking evening.
In today’s increasingly fast-moving and impersonal society, this conference provides a unique platform for personal exchange of ideas. While digitalization has advanced, many smaller, family-oriented congresses have unfortunately disappeared.
Become part of this family-oriented conference and help ensure the continuation of this unique scientific society by participating with or without submitting an abstract.
